Empower your kids by offering them a chance to learn life-long skills through the practice of yoga. During kids yoga practice, we will explore:

  • breathing techniques to calm the body & the mind
  • self-regulation skills by using movement & the breath
  • strengthen & energize the physical body
  • increase confidence & self-esteem
  • build meaningful relationships with our peers
  • reduce stress & anxiety
  • increase focus & concentration

Kids Yoga – Summer Session


7 week session: Every Tuesday from June 6th – July 25th from 3:30PM – 4:30PM

NO class on July 4th

Ages: 7 – 12 yrs old

Location: Buffalo Grove Gymnastics (the Dance studio)
